I recently purchased an off lease Series 4110 (model 242809-002) KVM. I wanted to test it before I load it into a rack and found Keyboard and mouse work fine on all systems - but I can get no video signal to any monitor I try. Am I missing something? This is the fist KVM I have used that did not also have buttons for system selection - just OSD. I have power cycled all equipment. Do I need to get an RMA for this thing? Do the dip switches or ROM under the access panel in the back hold the secret?

I just got one of these KVMs in, but I can not find any documentation on them (Hint Compaq?) and as such can not test it out or use it. Can you tell me what the basic key command is for the menu and switching between pcs?
