I wanted to test it before I load it into a rack and found Keyboard and mouse work fine on all systems - but I can get no video signal to any monitor I try. Am I missing something? This is the fist KVM I have used that did not also have buttons for system selection - just OSD. I have power cycled all equipment. Do I need to get an RMA for this thing? Do the dip switches or ROM under the access panel in the back hold the secret?
