A customer of our company is having problems with a ML350 G4p. Back about 6 months ago, they had issues with a "POST Error: 1794-Drive Array - Array Accelerator Battery Charge Low." So, they replaced the battery on the RAID array.
But, they are now having issues again with this, and now, along with the error message above, the system is also saying "POST Error: 1777-Drive Array Detected Proliant Drive Subsystem Error."

The issue they are having is that the server becomes unresponsive, and they have to have someone onsite do a hard reboot. I have attached a JPG with the error log, and I will also include some the detailed error messages.

Does anyone know what all this points to?
I'm guessing that since the RAID controller isn't charging the battery, it atleast needs the Firmware on the RAID controller, and in the BIOS flashed.

You don't indicate which Smart Array controller your DL360 (not DL350 G4p) G4p system has. There have been numerous firmware updates for the Smart Array controllers. One addresses a battery charging cycle issue. This notice is for the 6i (embedded), but your system might have a different one.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=426654&swItem=MTX-c27e5cbcd4bc414b8a973e9dcf&prodNameId=426655&swEnvOID=54&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=5

v2.84 is the latest 6i update:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=426654&prodNameId=426655&swEnvOID=54&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-c0dfde3727724ba3a2af6da95e

Run the Smart Start ADU (diagnostics) and review the report.

Use the Firmware update DVD v9.10 to update the BIOS and system components:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=452749&swItem=MTX-3380ae888f86436aac54c149eb&prodNameId=3288142&swEnvOID=181&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=5

Update your System BIOS and controller firmware.
Sorry for the typo of ML350, also, It is the Embedded Smart Array 6i, and the Firmware Version is 2.58.

I will try upgrading the firmware. Will I need to replace the battery again after the firmware upgrade, or will the error sort itself out?
Does this cover the 1777 Error also?
