Unexpected shutdown-kernal-power Server DL380G6

Hi, i have three Dl380G6 server in different location, all of them restarting 3 to 4 times in a week.even log is only after reboot that "Kernal-Power 41(63)The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly" at 10.03PM
another log is "The previous system shutdown at 9:59:49 PM on ‎12/‎9/‎2010 was unexpected" at 10.03PM, please help me i upgraded the fireware and windows updates(winodws server 2008 R2)

Have you checked a windows logs for other errors? Have you checked the memory for errors?
Also, you can try to turn off ASR - it won't monitor your OS and won't automatically reboot server if detects failure (sometimes it can detect not actual OS hangup).

I have disabled the ASR and checked the ram.
there is now event error before the restart,
and no warning too

The IL2 Log is only after reboot
the log security is caution and description is Server reset
before and after reboot no logs in ILO log

What exactly did you do to fix the issue?

We are having the same issue with a HP Proliant ML310E Server
