      <description>Hye,Im using Server Proliant ML350 with Microsoft server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition Sp1 as the OS. The problem happened when I install the antivirus (Symantec 11.0) and removed it after the error come out which all the pc that connect to the server down. Then the server become slow and always hang.Sometimes it need to force restart and logging off hang.Before this I checked the server performance which mem usage is 1.6 K.the ram of the server is 8 gb.</description>

      <description>Get the Symantec Cleanup utility from support.  You can't do a clean removal without it.</description>

      <description>I have seen a corrupted Symantec uninstall do strange things.  They sent me a clean up tool to remove all of the products. You can get errors if its not properly removed.</description>
