DL380 G4 not boot

Hello. I have an HP DL380 G4 Server. When upgrading memory from 2gb to 4gb using 4x1GB Dual Ranked PC2-3200 DIMMS i get dont boot server. If i switch back to the 2x1GB PC2-3200 Single Rank modules, the system not works.
Help my!

Did you populate the correct banks with your RAM? Do you memory modules match?

Absolutely! Now banks is correct! I do not understand why bios is not loaded.

Does it beep? What is the error on the screen? Do you have the latest firmware installed?

Also check the dimm leds on the board? are any amber in colour? this indicates faulty dimm.

try just 2 dimms(1 bank) at a time as well

O, thanks! I am very pleasant!
On motherboard leds shine in such sequence: 0**0000*.
I do not know that it means, because i did not find this in manual.

Try each pair of RAM separately to see if they can boot the server. You might want to upgrade the firmware before adding the second two modules.
