Array controller battery DL380

Hi Yall,
server DL380G4
Replaced cache battery didt help. Still same message.
Summary shows that battry is low on the battery pack1 but seems that there is no battery pack installed in this server.

any help appriciated ty

Are you running the latest firmware for the SA-6i? I seem to recall something similar and it was a false-positive. Upgrading firmware resolved the issue for me.

Ive updated the firmware and didnt resolve the issue still same error message.

Array accelerator disabled.

This weekend i'm planning to replace the cache battry "CR2450"

message keeps saying battery pack 1 but this server doesnt have a battery pack

I have the same problem but after changing the battery, I'm still with the error "Battery failure on battery pack 1, replace battery"
