    <description>Firmware has already been update. &lt;BR /&gt;I also understand that it is because of one of the HDD. But the problem is, i did not find anything wrong the HDD externally or insight diagnosis. There are 6 hdds and RAID level is 5.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there is any way to find out which HDD is creating the problem.</description>

      <description>Did you change Logical Drive 2?  Did you upgrade the firmware on the P400?  Which operating system?  Is the OS and its drivers properly installed?</description>

      <description>You might want to install the latest firmware on the P400 and hard drives.  It could be a bad hard drive.</description>
