I have also noticed this with 2500 1600 etc and with Smart2DH or SMART2P
controllers. It has to do with the CMA driver, and can be stopped by shutting
down the /etc/rc2.d/S99cmaida script.
However, the functionality of view the smart array status also goes away from
the web display.

Robert,
I am using the drivers from Compaq Management DC Release 4.90, DC number 327392-015. When I contacted reveller support with this problem they advised
the same down load, which *APPEARS* to be the same release as on the DC.
I removed and re installed the down loaded CM drivers, and got the same problem. It has been a consistent problem on most CO 5.0.5 or 5.0.6 servers with the SMART series of controllers, as described in the customer advisory. The drivers
that I am using are newer then the ones in the advisory, ie 4.90a verses 4.82c.

Currently there are three postings on this issue. Is there a chance that the new code that was supposed to fix this did not make it onto the CD?
