Hello, We have 2 DL series servers. Each of them has 2 controllers. One integrated, and one adittional controller. P410 & P410i. Hard drives which are attached to the integrated cotroller, works correctly. but on both servers, LEDs of SAS drives which are attached to the external controller, behave strangely. I mean, they are flashhing in 1 Hz frequency, which means they are rebuilding , expanding, or migrating. But they are not in this situation. array controller does not show this. Even if this is true, why they are always in this state?

Does the HP tools report the drives are healthy and arrays are healthy?

You might need to upgrade the firmware on the controller, server board, and drives.

Thanks for your soon reply,

Actually every things looks healthy except system management home page logs, with this error:
array is not configured!!!
but arrays are configured and ACU shows they are working fine. I have working data on them. and disks are not idle. The firmware version of both controllers are the same , but the integrated controller behaves normally.

It would be helpful if you could tell the server model, e.g. DL380G7 or something.
