Hi
We have HP 360 G5 Server
We are facing some Hard drive issue in this server,server give error log that 3 HDD was failed but i think some other issue in server

Please help me

Please run the Array Diagnostic Utility if you're using a Smart Array controller and read the report.

If a disk has failed you must replace it as soon as possible.

I don't know with the G5.
But the previous models (G2, G3 and G4), could suffer from badly seatet drive backplane.
Solution:
remove lit.
push down on the backplane.
repower server, and re-enable failed Logical drives.

I did that and i also replace P400i SAS controller card in server but same error please find attached log report of error
