Problem to install third and fourth NIC

Hi
we have many HP DL380 G6 with 4 integrated NIC, and i installed windows 2003 Ent. and see only two NIC card installed and remain NIC's show in device manager only "Ethernet controller"
i need to use all card in team netwroking to have increase traffic and load balancing with LACP protocol
i have beed download drive and install it but third and forth NIC not installed,
please let me know how can do this?

Please try to update the BIOS,NIC firmware and reinstall the driver.If it doesn't work,try to clear the NVRAM or replacement the system board

Is the OS updated/patched?

Do you not see the NICs at all in Windows?

Do you see them in BIOS?

Do you get link on the ports?

Yes, all patch and update installed.

Do you not see the NICs at all in Windows?

I see all NIC,s in "device manager" but two of them show "Ethernet Controller" and can not install driver HP NC 382i

Do you see them in BIOS?

I see in BIOS but two of them are "Disable Mac address"

Do you get link on the ports?

I do not get any link to these ports only get link to first and second port

I suspect this might be telling, but what's causing it I do not know..

In BIOS do you see any NIC settings? Something that might be related to this? Or maybe something during POST?

Have you tried a reset of the BIOS settings?
