I have a DL380 G4 and am connecting to it via ILO (1.82), with the Advanced license installed.
I have mounted Smart Start 7.4,using the virtual media feature, but when I attempt to run the ACU or the Maintain Server-> Insight Diagnostic, it returns a: "connection was refused when attempting to contact 127.0.0.1:2381", message
Firmware Maintenence CD 7.4 was applied.
I am able to install an OS without any problems.
Is this behaviour expected? If not, can someone point out what I am doing wrong.

Good suggestion. I neglected to check what the latest Bios update is ( I had the 7.4 Firmwrae update CD on hand and just popped it in). Unfortunately, I will not be able to update the firmware until sometime next week. I will be sure to let you know if the update resolves the issue. thanks
