Hello,

I'm trying to install Windows Server 2003 R2 on one of my BL35p blades. I was using SmartStart 7.51, but it kept giving errors so I switched to 7.60. Now, I get past the stage where I provide my CD Key and such.

I'm at a screen that says "Preparing Drive for Operating System Installation..." Below this are three tasks:
* Erasing...
* Creating Partition
* Copying Drivers and Proliant Support Pack

It has been on this screen for about an hour now. There is disk and network activity and the Advertisement is cylcing on the page.

This is over a 100Mbps link to iLO. Should it take this long?

Thanks,

Dean
Ok... so I stopped this process, updated the ILO firmware, and tried again. It only sat at the screen about 10 minutes this time and then asked for the OS media. I should be fine.
