That was a good shot! During lunch time I rebooted and reinstalled the system management software. And the warnings are gone. For the last 3 Hours at least! Thanks a lot Pac for your help to find that info!
Regards, Bernie

We are using a ProLiant ML370 G3 Server running Windows 2000 Sp4
HP Smart Array 6400 Controller 2.80
ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows 2000 version 7.60A
Event Viewer and HP System Management Homepage showed errors
from the Smart Array Controller battery - low charge. Following
instructions on support forums we upgraded the Controller
Firmware and solved the Error message in the Management
Homepage. We still have following messages in the servers event
viewer:
Foundation Agents
Event Id: 2099
Component: Host Agent
>>Error: Unable to acquire file system information for %1
Cause: This error can be caused by a low memory condition.
Rebooting the server may correct this error.<<
We found our problem in this thread but could not solve it with
the suggested solution: diskperf -N (reboot) diskperf -Y
(reboot)
http://forums12.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?
admit=109447627+1202887454605+28353475&threadId=1064307
Every 2 Minutes the error message appears in the Event Viewer.
What can we do? Regards,
Bernie Triller
