I am trying to do offline diagnostics on an ML370 G4. There is no OS or any controller cards installed. When SmartStart loads I have no mouse or keyboard. THe keyboard does work during post though. Any thoughts?

There is no OS right now, this is basic hardware troubleshooting: no hard drives and no controller cards. We had lost our video at one point on this server (a production server.) We finally swapped the server out and are now trying to see if we have system board issues with it. I finally got the video to work and thought I would run HP Diagnostics on it. THe keyboard works during boot (I can get into the Bios, etc.) but once SmartStart starts detecting devices, the keyboard light goes off and it doesn't work. Makes it a little difficult to troubleshoot:)
