Hi all we have factory intagrated DL785 G6 with 8 cell's every cell is populated with 1 processor and 4 8Gb memory modules => total 8*4*8=256GB RAM
But in iLO in tab system summary->memory we see only 5 cell's (boards) 8*5=160Gb.
In tab summary->processors we see all processors
In time of boot I see all 256GB (bios screen)
Server have been upgraded with FW Maintenance CD 8.60

I upgraded iLO from 1.78 to 1.80 the same
It looks like it's iLO bug.

Ideas?

Hi Admir,

Unfortunately I can't download your attachment.

However please apply the following rules when installing your dimms:
DIMMS must be installed in pairs, in addition:

DIMMs installed in the same memory bank must have the same part number.

DIMMs installed in different banks can be different sizes.

DIMMs must be installed in decreasing capacity with the largest DIMMs installed in the banks furthest away from the processor.

A minimum of two DIMMs (1 kit) must be installed per processor.

use the following link for specs regarding memory in your server:
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/13432_div/13432_div.html#Memory
