Hi Team,

While launching HP Systm Mgmnt HomePage on One of our DL380 G3 Server, the page keeps timing out. Generally if we click ok to this Message,it goes away but then is it wise to go with the information displayed?
Also Diagnostics test is not available on this page.
Syst.Mgmnt Version : 6.2.0.13

SNMP services has proper entries updated and the timeout settings are also been increased.
Any other solutions for this?

The system management homepage log usually tells you what the problem is. Most of the time the version control agent is producing the timeout. Try uninstalling the vca and access the smh again.

Good luck!

Hi ,

Thanks again..

I found in SNMP Services, traps were configured incorrectly. I correcte that with the server where HP System Mgmt is working fine and restarted the HP System Management service and Version Control Agent service.
Now its working fine.
As you said, Version control Agent should also be up to date and mine is too. :)
Now all are fine.

Thanks a lot for your time..
