RBSU 3.0 factory reset: does it reset SN and ProdID?

I note in the RBSU 3.0 Guide that it's possible to set the Asset Tag Protection option to preserve the asset tag across a factory reset.

But since it's possible to change the serial number and product ID strings in the RBSU, I'm wondering if those revert to their original settings in a factory reset, or if they're preserved by default?

I'd try it myself, but the system I have is up and running and the other eleven aren't due to arrive until Monday, so I'm hoping someone knows off the top of their head. Thanks!

A reset to default, do not change:
S/N
P/N
Asset tag
Time and Date.

It only chenge settings like boot order, CPu settings, Video settings, NIC settings, etc.

I did a reset on a DL980 G7 yesterday, wich got RBSU 3, and now the IML don't get reset.
(Maybe it will if you also wipe the disks.)

If you do a reset on an ILo, it reset everything on the, but the account settings.
