OS - WINDWOS 2003 STANDARD
MEMORY SLOT 1,5,9,13 USE EACH 1GB
IML LOG Uncorrectable memory error (system memory, memory module #8)
UNUSE SLOT #8
BIOS FIRM UPGRADE 2009.7.10
CPU, MEM BOARD REPLACED

Can you clarify one thig: have you replaced memory board only or also memory DIMMs?

Clear server's NVRAM.
Also try swapping the memory DIMMs along, to see if there is a different error message.

I disagree with Carlos. Never clear the NVRAM, unless you really have to.
It will clear the events in the IML.
But you also loose the failure history.

However, you must mark the IML events as repaired, once you have replaced the faulty module.

Open the IML viewer.
Mark all entries as repaired.
Reboot the server.

You have had a hard memory error, wich mean a part or all of the faulty module, has been disabled, and it will not be enabled untill you mark the entry repaired and reboot.

And for as long you don't mark the enties repaired, it will caurse a new event in the windows system event log, if the server is rebootet.

Allways take good care of you IML.
You can add maintenance notes, save it and export it.

Did the module memory 9 was defunct ?
