Hello,

Is there a way to force DL585 G2 to use a backup copy of BIOS without entering into BIOS configuration tool? Something like a dip switch or something else?

Thank you

Serguei

The DIP switches are documented in the DL585 G2 Maintenance and Service Guide (page 76: System maintenance switch (SW3)), but none of them seem to provide the function you seek.

Why cannot you enter the BIOS configuration tool? If you have access to the DIP switches, you can always override any password protection.
