DL 360 G6 maximum memory?

Hello.

I'm going to upgrade memory on my DL 360 G6 servers but I'm confused with the maximum supported. The spec stands that the maximum is 144 GB (all banks filled with 8 GB modules), but the HP Server Memory Configurator allows me 192 GB (2/3 of banks filled with 16 GB modules). What is correct?

Quickspecs for that model show 192GB if using 16GB registered modules and refers to the memory configurator for more details.

User Guide as of August 2011, page 41

The following table lists the maximum memory configuration possible with 8-GB RDIMMs.
... Dual-processor
... 144 GB

So the User Guide misses the configuration based on 16 GB modules, but they actually supported?

Yes, this server supports 192GB (12 x 16GB), refer ther Standard Features - Memory from below QuickSpec document:
