Is this the most appropriate HP EBC discussion board for asking questions about HP Service Pack for Proliant (HP SPP), HP SmartStart (SS), and HP Smart Update Manager?

After digging around for a while....

Community Home > Software > Products > PC Software >

I found the ITRC ProLiant deployment & provisioning Forum but I'm still not sure which forum is more appropriate: This one? Or the other? (IIUC, the IT Resource Center [ITRC] has been replaced by the Enterprise Business Community. [EBC])

Thoughts?

For example. Goutham, I'm not able to install the Service Pack for Proliant components. (See my post "Service Pack for Proliant: Now what?" for more detail.)
