    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try running the server in minimal config or at least try to reseat all the components. Maybe something needs a good reset :)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Proliant Dl160 G6 Not switching on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a DL160 G6 that was workign and just died&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fans switch on but they run at Max speed and no lights came on fron or on PSU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Replaced PSU now back PSU light is green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing else (fans still startup and run at MAX speed all time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting guide keep saying replace PSu or check cabling have doen both problem still exist&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone please give advice&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Server doe not load post&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset Bios on Mother board&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and reseated all plugs and boards (even Memory just not the CPU yet)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and still no go&lt;/P&gt;</description>
