DL380G8 and Firmware SmartUpdate 10.10: PXE boot issue

This is the boot params

LABEL sos2
        MENU LABEL Automatic Firmware Update Version 10.10 (Pause while boot ~20-30 seconds)
        KERNEL systemhp1010/vmlinuz
        APPEND vmlinuz initrd=systemhp1010/initrd.img media=cdrom rw root=/dev/ram0 ramdisk_size=302748 init=/bin/init loglevel=3 ide=nodma ide=noraid nopat pnpbios=off vga=791 showopts TYPE=AUTOMATIC iso1=nfs://192.168.0.1/opt/ltsp/hp1010/FW1010.2012_0530.49.iso iso1mnt=/mnt/bootdevice

But kernel do not mount file system while boot. In a shell, I checked all available NICs as
ifconfig -a
and I seen only "lo" interface.
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
