I have a ML115G5 and I would like to know what the maximum storage capacity of this machine is. The specs say 3TB and I was wondering if this was limited by the size of drives available. I was hoping to instal 4 1TB drives.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

However in practice it has a standard MCP5 SATA controller so will work with practically any SATA drive.

I say 'practically any' as I have found issues with this machine with certain Seagate drives (even HP stickered Seagate's) - but have never had issue with Western Digitial Caviar and RE(2/3) drives.

Furthermore I can advise that WD's 1TB Caviar GP drives behave.

HTH
