hi,

You can try to set the "refresh rate" to 60 Hz or above. Check with another browser. Update your BIOS version.

Thanks

regards,

Hi,

I have several DL380p G8 (ilo4) and the remote console in graphical mode is very slow, no matter java or dot net version I use. It takes minutes to move the mouse on the screen. Network connectivity is good (1Gb). Operating system is RHEL6.2. On DL380p G7 (ilo4), remote console is working very well.

I upgraded ilo4 to the latest version so far, 1.13, but no improvement.

It there any trick to be done to get the remote console working as it is expected ?

Thanks

Thanks but didn't work. Upgraded BIOS/ILO4 firmware to latest, also the browser is not fixing, and the refresh refresh rate is 60 Hz. Interesting the problem appears only with network install (RHEL 6.2), installation from virtual image/DVD unit is OK.

The solution was to not use "noapic" RHEL6 kernel option.
