    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This error message was seen when a DL360p Gen8 server, with 8 HDDs&amp;nbsp;is boot up:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disk I/O error (LBA)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error code of this error is "00809f06". Please use this number when consulting with technical support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;Press any key to reboot&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea what is the remedy for this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check is all your firmwares are up-2-date (smartarray, disks, bios). If issue persist and all your drive looks online/ok, contact HP suport.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
