[Smart Array Controler]E200 - POST Error 1794

Hi all,

I've a HP Proliant ML310 G4 and Smart Array Controler E200. I've a POST Error 1794. So, I've replaced the module cache with battery, 2 times ,and upgrade the firmware with the last version 1.86 but same error "battery failed".

Then,I don't know what to do, can you help me plz?

1794-Drive Array - Array Accelerator Battery Charge Low...
...Array Accelerator is temporarily disabled.
Array Accelerator will be re-enabled when battery reaches full charge.
Audible Beeps: None
Possible Cause: The battery charge is below 75 percent. Posted writes are disabled.
Action: Replace the array accelerator board if the batteries do not recharge within 36 powered-on hours.

the array accelerator and the cache module are the same, right?

If this is the case, i replaced the array accelerator/cache module with battery 2 times because the first time, i 'd still the same error and i thought the module or the battery cover were defective. So, i still have the same error after the second replacement.

Diagnostics ==> Generate Diagnostic Report

First of All your server is out of date

Please update it using SPP :

http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp/index.aspx

after that send me new ADU :)
