      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new ML350G8 with smart array p420I and a&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;4 450Go SAS 15k disk on a RAID10&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;with 2012r2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i try to copy some file bettwen c and D partition the speed is about 6 Mo/s sometimes up to 31Mo/s and somtimes goes down to 500Ko /s.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course i uninstall antivirus and check services. the physical server is just with AD DHCP DNS an HyperV&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The HP specialiste&amp;nbsp;had check&amp;nbsp; with the ACU the disk and the smart array and firmware&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; it seem to be OK .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you got the same probleme, somebody to help me ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than Antivirus software, there could be some Services that might be slowing down the transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other things like BitLocker.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One workaround you could try is Disabling &lt;STRONG&gt;Write&lt;/STRONG&gt; cache setting so that the Read/Write ratio to 100/&lt;STRONG&gt;0&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the logical drive being utilized.&amp;nbsp; This setting is under ACU.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You!&lt;BR /&gt;I am a HP employee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your Help in attachement the ACU report&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My uncle have the same model of server on preparation with just the os installed and a 15k raid 1, the result is the same. maybe windows graphic is not good.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ( stange)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a hp program to test the speed of read and write on&amp;nbsp;disk ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
