topic E5520 Processor - fan? in ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL)

E5520 Processor - fan?

Hi there,

I'm new to the forum and have a basic question regarding a processor. Can anybody tell me if the E5520 Processor (Product Number: 495914-B21) should come with a fan? I assumed it would just come with a heat sink and a fan would be an extra?

as far as this goes:

it does include a fan. But I wouldn't bet on it. Maybe somebody who's bought one can say :)
