      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello friends.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a Proliant ML310e Gen8 and when I connect the network cable, fan goes to maximum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dont know what to do...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot, see you around.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this, boot the server into bios, do not go into operating system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connect the network cable and see if the issue occurs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue occurs only in operating system, then update the necessary drivers like Network and Chipset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also update the SPP to the latest one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp/index.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp/index.aspx&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You!&lt;BR /&gt;I am a HP employee&lt;BR /&gt;__________________________________________&lt;BR /&gt;Was the post useful?
