P410 in ML110 or ML350 G9 Servers working?

I still have some functional SmartArray P410 Controllers left and I am wondering whether or not I can use them in the latest ML110 or ML350 G9 servers. I appreciate your replies.

Hi,

P410 may not be compatible with Gen8 and Gen9 SmartDrive technology.

P410 may fit the slot and be detected at POST/SSA/ACU but may not work with the hard drive and its backplane.

P410 does not support Windows Server 2012.

Both the HP ProLiant ML350 Gen9 and ML110 Gen9 support the same HP Smart Array HP Smart Array P440/4GB FBWC 12Gb 1-port Int SAS Controller (726821-B21), and the HP Smart Array P441/4GB FBWC 12Gb 2-ports Ext SAS Controller (726825-B21), which both are available for purchase directly through HP .

You may benefit from talking to an HP Server expert, which may have more options or configurations. I am happy to arrange the meeting.
