Scenario: Proliant 3000 running NT 4.0/SP6a.

While trying to run the PSP, I receive the message "Setup is unable to load a setup DLL" about midway through the setup. I acknowledge the error and the setup proceeds. When complete, the CPQ Agents (only) have been updated. However, none of the CPQ drivers get updated. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was the resolution?

TIA, -Dave

The 6.0 and 6.1 Smart Start CD's are not supported in these boxes. Mainly G2 systems and above only. Try using a 5.5 Smart Start CD.
