I sold the client server DL380 gen9 here such equipment, and the customer is interested in how to update the firmware code without an Internet connection. that is independently on demand.

Download SPP, create an USB stick from and boot from or run HP SUM directly on the OS from SPP.

Intelligent provisioning FW update needs an internet connection.
