Yes, both processors are exactly the same. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,
I am running a Proliant 1600 server on W2K. I have 128MB Ram and 350MHz. I recently added a second 350MHz processor. First I was recieving the message that both processors were being initialized at 350Mhz, but only the first processor was started with a 512 cache while the second recieved a 212-processor error and 178-processor configuration error.
I thought that maybe Bios update was needed so I updated to the most recent version P08. After this upgrade, the second processor now recieves initialized at 00MHz and the same errors. Can anybody help me on how to configure the processors?

Also I am having a little trouble getting into the SCU,can someone explain this to me.

Thank you

Are both processors the same? When I say the same, that means voltage, stepping, cache, etc?

Does the 1600 use VR (voltage regulation) modules? If it does, you may need to upgrade the VRM to support two processors.

I'm not really sure if it is using a voltage regulator. How do I find that out?
