HP Smart Array P440 sas cable

Hello,

Looking for some guidance on obtaining the correct cable for the HP P440/4GB controller. Server quick manual is showing 811282-B21 as the correct part number, however the picture on HP.com does not look right at all.

Could anyone comment if the picture is correct?

trying to connect a backplane of a 4SFF chassis to a SAS port on P440/4GB in a DL20

You need HPE DL20 Gen9 4SFF w/ P440 Cbl Kit 811282-B21

Jimmy,

that's exactly what i said in my original post, did you look at the picture of the 811282-B21 kit? there is no way this connector will connect to a sas port on the p440 controller.

That picture isn't what the cable looks like. I went and looked at what part I ordered last month and posted the number.

Also it says this at the bottom of the picture "Image may differ from actual product"
