topic kernel power in ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL)

The server has rebooted four times twice a year, it's Proliant ML310eGen8v2, i have no smart array. The server manger software (windows server 2008R2) says:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Do I have to install a patch o a new driver ?.

If the system is not connected to a backup power supply, then it should be, preferably with power conditioning (for brown outs and over-voltage situations).

Connect to Windows Update and make sure all updates have been applied.

Check for newer drivers and firmware for your hardware (latest SPP - Service Pack for Proliant).

Check the system logs for error conditions..
