I have a ProLiant DL120 Gen9 that uses an Ubuntu 16.04 x86_64 OS.

Is there any way of changing the iLo mac address? I've looked everywhere...

Even without hponccfg, I think there is no way of changing the iLo mac address...

I'm in a situation where my network administrator assigns IP by DHCP mac address binding.

The process of contacting to my network administrator is a bit difficult, and the easiest option would be to change the mac address. If there is no option of changing the mac address, i will have to contat the admin. But having the option to change the mac address would save me a lot of time...

Just to clarify, I'm looking for any way to change the iLo mac address. Not just by hponcfg.

The iLO MAC address is not user configurable
