HP System Management Homepage not displaying properties

I have installed the HPE SMH and it's working however it does not display any of the hardware.

For example in Component Status Summary it display No items.

How do I fix this?

My configuration is:

HP ProLiant DL380 G9, Windows Server 2016 Standard x64, HPE SMH version 7.6.2.1

Is all of the other software installed, or at least the agentless driver? Without the agents (or agentless for ILO4 systems) drivers, the SMH can't get any of the hardware details.

HP Lights-Out Configuration Utility (cp030672)

HPE Insight Management Agents (cp031262)

HPE ProLiant Agentless Management Service (cp032257)

HPE System Management Homepage (cp032867)

iLO ¾ Management Controller Driver (cp030672)

Smart Storage Administrator (cp031012)

What else do I need regarding the System Management to work?

I got it resolved:

I contacted the support and they gave me the following advise:

The SMH installation guide was not accurate to what you have to download and the search method in HPE is the most ideal for me.

However I solved it by downloading the SPP for the DL380 Gen9 and install SMH through that SUM.
