&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;there is most probably a failed memory module in your server, which needs to be replaced. You are most probably using "Advanced ECC" Memory Mode, which prevents further impact for now, but it is recommended to replaced the mdule:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Check the iLO --&amp;gt; Information--&amp;gt; Memory Tab in rder to identify the status and location of the affected module.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;AMP Mode Status&lt;BR /&gt;Degraded Advanced ECC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All my Dimms show green how can I determine what module is degraded.-- 3 year warranty expired so I cannot read the AHS.log?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated&lt;/P&gt;
