    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the above issue of one fan failure and the system doesn't work at all. what is the remendy as I wait for the shipment of the fan? is there any way I can disable one fan in bios? stressed help me out please. The DL320e server immediately after show fan failure restarts sounds critical sound.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
