So
I did the resets and some othet things.
I figured out that one of the hdds gives constant 50C value to the ilo HD-MAX “sensor” and this is why the fans run on high speed. When i remove this hdd the othets give a 35C value witch is low enough to the fans to run on normal speed but when i put back that hdd it gave the 50C value again so the fans run on max.
How can i reset the hdd’s max temperature value? Because i think that the hdd gives it’s maximum vaule, not the actual and this is the problem. Is there any sollution for this problem?

Helo,

I am new here and my english is not too good so sorry for it. And I am not an expert so sorry for my stupid questions too.

I have a dl380p gen8 server and it is running for 4 mounths without any problems but yesturday the fans started run on max speed. I didn't do anything with it, i mean i didn't install any other hard drives or pci card or anything so i don't know the reason for the fan problem.

I made a lot of diagnostic and test (with ilo and Intelligent Provisoning) but all of the results are ok. I have no idea what cause the max fan speed so can somebody help me or do somebody has an idea howe to solve it?
