      <description>&lt;P&gt;My department's HP Tower server has a RED LED flashing light blinking. However it is booting into Windows, but the server fans are running at full speed throughout producing high noise. The LED green light in the PSU is not Glowing. Please help me resolve this problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the firmware from HPE and installed it. and rebooted it. now the red LED light doesn't blink initially. but after pressing the power button green light emits in the health monitoring and then red blinking light. then the server powers down and off. Nothing comes in the screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found the server model. It is an HP Proliant ML350e Gen 8 sever&lt;/P&gt;</description>
