    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can download to your mobile applications called 'HPE Part Valdation' and scan barcode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This application will verify is that an a genuine HPE Part. Other way is log into ILO and go to tab memories. System should display you more info about new memory.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the POST screen you also can check, if memories are validate you will see 'Tick' next to HPE Smart Memory&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that will help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Slav&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I bought a new RAM for my DL380 Server.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;as i read the document on hp site, the serial number on HP RAM Kit may not be original.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;how could i found the original serial number for HP RAM cause i didn't found any part on RAM sticker to say that it should be the serial number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I attached the pic for my hp ram if anyone could help me with that.&lt;/P&gt;
