    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got a P420 in a Dl360e g8 and it will not load into the menu after pressing F5. the gui pops up with a loading bar but once its done it spits out a linux error::&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;initramfs unpacking failed: lzma data is corrupt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable ot mount root fs on unknown-block (0,0)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded the firmware on the card to 8.32 but im still getting the same error.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The firmware on the storage controller isn't the same as the software that is loaded from iLO flash to run Intelligent Provisioning and the Storage Administrator.&amp;nbsp; From the error message displayed, you need to download the Intelligent Provisioning recovery image&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart &amp;gt; Press F9 During Boot &amp;gt; BIOS / Platform Configuration &amp;gt; PCI Device Enable / Disable &amp;gt; Smart Array Controller &amp;gt; Enabled &amp;gt; F10 (Save) and restart the Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check and Enable the Array Controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Share the HDD Model Number to check the compatibility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also reflash the Intelligent Provisioning : Refer :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&amp;amp;docId=emr_na-c03458406" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&amp;amp;docId=emr_na-c03458406&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update the BIOS and ILO as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then Try re-installing the OS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
