last firmware is about 2015

it containt mtigations for spectre and meltdown, so it's for all! but isn't so

check link in the first post, I can't afford to pay a license or warranty contrac, if it still exists in 2018 for a very old server G5 generation, I use it only for home purpose as I wrote (DLNA and NAS)

Hello,

I m not a pro, I am just a Linux enthusiast, I got a ml370 g5 from "trash" , I fixed it, It's working, I just only need one fw, the bios FW SP73053.exe at :

https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=1121419&swItemId=MTX_dca915ac44ce497988dd648bc9&swEnvOid=4184

but when I try to get it, a pop up window ask me for license, I don't have one, I don't get why, it's an obsole product...

I am using it at home, as NAS server and DLNA server...

someone can help me or have any idea how to obtain it?

Most BIOS firmware updates require a valid warranty or service contract. The exception is security and/or bug fixes are provided to everyone. You can look through the revision history for one you can download
