I tired updating the running fw 1.04 to new 1.65 and get this.

Greetings.

Since the attempt is to upgrade the firmware version from 1.04 to 1.65, there are two more updates in between which are 1.34 & 1.60.

We request you to perform an incremental update of all the versions & see if it is successful.

There are two ways to update the firmware, offline & online. Please refer to the below link to download the previous versions under Revision History & also check the installation instructions.

Hi,

Greetings.

We would like to review the complete steps that is being followed to update the fw of the controller. We need the complete Active Health System log collected from the server to look for any hardware issues in the server.

Hence, we request to generate an Active Health System log & capture a HD video of the fw update being performed from the beginning.

Create an FTP link & upload the log & video. We will review & get back with an update.

thank you for the offer to let me provide all this information. Working with a large allotment of HP servers at the moment and over many years - this is one of a few failing pieces inluding gen8 ilos giving me grief - whether through spp or the direct binary. I am done puttig more time towards it.
