ML10 Gen9 - Storage Controller

Hello,

what is the best RAID-Controller for the ML10 Gen9 except the H241 Host Bus Adapter (no Ports Onboard)?

Are other Brands like Adaptec or Intel a Alternative? Do HPE Raid Controllers even if not official supported work with the Server?

Greetings.

ML10 Gen9 is a basic product. HPE recommends & has only tested with H241 Smart HBA controller which can be used as a RAID controller or as an HBA.

There are 6 SATA connectors Onboard for HDD's which can be used to configure SW RAID.

HPE has not tested with any Non-HPE Brands of RAID controllers. Hence, it may or may not work.
