      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please follow the steps below&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Download the required version of SPP .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Make sure USB drive used is greater than 4&lt;SPAN&gt;GB and less than&amp;nbsp; 32GB .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Mount the SPP ISO to a PC and navigate to SPP2019030/usb/usbkey and execute the usbkey.exe as Administrator Privileges .Make sure the Usb drive is plugged in and follow the usb wizard .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In case if there is any further issue . Please share a detailed description about the error .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Using v3.0.0 of the usb tool (which says support for win10 as per here &lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_360731071b404454b454390208#tab-history" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_360731071b404454b454390208#tab-history&lt;/A&gt;) the software freezes on "Formatting USB Key..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tested the exact same as they have, fresh download, multiple computers, run as admin etc etc etc. These are stand alone computers that are not under any sort of GPO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Forgot to add, it doesnt seem to be SPP Version related. Tried different ISOs in case there was an weird issue with the tool and the one i was trying to use. All affected.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue. I made it work by mounting the ISO and choose the DVD as source insted of the ISO.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I had to open disk management and remove all volumes from the USB stick, format it, then create a simple partition on the USB stick, then FINALLY the USB Key Utility started working.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
