Thank you for your reply. But I cannot get the POST screen from remote console in order to proceed to the SPP update.
Seems the remote console in iLo does not start since the server fails at starting.

Hi, I've got a wierd error on a Proliant ML 350 Gen9 . The server was loaded up with 1 processor and 8gb ram . The server worked fine for about 4 months then reboot after a power failure. When it started to power back up it didnt reach the POST screen and start displaying a red light on the front panel. When i connect to ILO i get this error in the system logs "Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Power On Fault, Memory, CPU 1 Memory Channels 1-4 (2Ah))"

Has anyone any ideas as to what could cause / fix this?

Hi Francis,

Please make sure the server has the latest updates. Please update the server with the latest SPP and monitor the server. If the issue persists, log a case with Hpe for further investigation.

Regards

Srinath
